- Servo shaftless back feeder ensures top sheet overlapping feeding, fast and efficiency, specially for low gsm paper.
- Dual servo motors for bottom sheet feeding, specially good for warping and multi-ply paperboards.
- Computerized high-speed lamination at max. speed of 12.000-13.000 sheets per hour (Paper length: 600mm)
- Feeder pallet table: Steel Plate feeder table ensures direct paper feeding by forklift.
- Gluing system: High-precision stainless steel gluing rollers, glue side stopper, auto glue level controller, no overflow at high speed and glue recirculation system.
- Compensation Aligning system: multiple sensors and two servo motors ensure accurate alignment of top and bottom sheets.
